Alkaline Method

Alkaline Method ™ was created to pull together the concepts from Psychology, Nutrition, Physical Therapy, Yoga, and Functional Medicine.

I came up with the framework you can all use to finally make sense of our world both inner and outer.

In the Yogic context, inner world is the microcosmic universe and the outer world is the macrocosmic universe.

When thinking health and life, we must take into consideration the seen and the unseen.  

There are three bodies according to the Yogic texts.  The physical body, subtle body, and the causal body.

The Alkaline Method ™ combines the three bodies and provides a framework for us to follow on our self healing journey.

The Alkaline Method ™ consists of the 6 fundamental Pillars:

  1.  Anchor:  to be rooted physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
  2. Align:  to be physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually aligned with your truth.
  3. Core:  to be authentic, we must be activated at the core physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
  4. Polarity:  life is dichotomous and is full of paradox.  We must be able to move through with an understanding that there are opposing forces at work at all times, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
  5. Breath:  through the obstacles of life or the joy of life, can we find breath when we move physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually?  We must embrace both and fully feel and connect with our mind to our bodies through the breath.
  6. Balance:  finding equanimity is at the core of our being.  We will always waver but can we strive for balance physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.  

So there we have the six fundamental pillars that we all can strive to achieve in our life to evolve as humans.
