✨Many of us hold onto negative beliefs surrounding money - money is hard to come by, talking about money makes you greedy, etc. As I became a business owner, I realized and learned that the more you don’t talk about money and don’t have a healthy consciousness around your money, nothing happens. You can't attract money into your business and life if you continue to hold onto these beliefs. Once you shift your thoughts to be more positive when it comes to money and wealth, you will start to attract it into your life.✨ @functionalyogamedicine

Most people think autoimmunity disempowers us but we have a choice to use it to rise up and BE healthier. We have a choice to finally occupy our mind and body to catapult us toward healing from the inside out. It's a choice we have. The context here is for those of us who have conscious awareness. Listen to your truth. Self-Growth is a choice we have. And we can only focus on what we can control...and that's ourselves.
