Did you know that as many as 95% of your thoughts and actions are subconscious? Subconscious means "below your awareness", so these are thoughts and actions you don't even realize you're having/doing. It's easy for those blind spots to cause you pain and prevent you from living the life you want. But the good news is you can change this. The subconscious mind is a record player. When it is charged positively, your whole playlist gets charged positively. It's time to heal yourself. Start to become aware of your habitual thoughts and emotions. Let go of negative thoughts and emotions by shifting them to ones that better serve you. Open your subconscious mind up to the positive, and start having faith in your body’s ability to heal. I am a woman who encourages confidence and self-love in myself so I can succeed in whatever I put my mind to. It wasn’t always this way. I had to work at it. I had to learn to like myself despite the inevitable flaws. But I got there, and now I love myself…flaws and all. Through relentless work and self-growth, I was able to finally see how I was perpetuating my own sickness and suffering. I share this with you because too often, many of you hold onto your beliefs about yourself. Beliefs that keep you limited and sick. We need to get over our impostor syndrome to truly make an impact in the lives we serve. When you carry yourself with confidence, it’s the most meaningful thing you can do to help your patients feel better. How do you achieve this confidence? By understanding your role in your patients' care. It's not YOUR job to heal them, only they can heal themselves. You are just a guide. A relationship or new business can skyrocket, but if you miss it, it may be months before another one arrives. Time is crucial, and it takes more than fate to make opportunities happen. So start to get clear about what exactly you want to create in your life so you can work towards turning a dream into reality.

Fear is idleness of will.  Eliphas Levi said this and it  is so true. Fear tends to keep us trapped in a cycle of suffering and pain. This is how our primitive brain keeps us safe and predictable even if it’s not serving us.  It’s important to place fear in the context of what it truly is.
